Jeff Isenstadt is President of JCI Development, Inc., which is located in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1996, the company is primarily engaged in the development and ownership of commercial shopping, mixed-use and master-planned residential communities. Currently JCI Development, Inc. has projects under development in Colorado, California, and the state of Texas.  In conjunction with his joint venture partners, Mr. Isenstadt is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects in various stages of development. This includes:  land procurement, joint-venture partnerships, city and state development grants, financing, lease negotiations, design, and overall project management.

Prior to starting JCI Development, Inc., Mr. Isenstadt was with the NYSE-traded Forest City Enterprises. During his decade-long employment, he held the following positions: Leasing Director, Project Developer, and Vice President of Development. Mr. Isenstadt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Finance from the University of Southern California, and is a member of ICSC and other real estate & civic based organizations.
